If you're on the Wirral, you're not in our "coverage area". You're on our doorstep. Ultimate Trim's workshop is at Unit 6 Carrock Road, Bromborough, CH62 3RA, and it's the only premises we have. Everything we make (custom leather car seats, campervan interiors, boat upholstery, bespoke seat covers) is cut, stitched and built here by our team, led by trimmer Craig, who has 15 years' experience in the trade.
Being local changes how you can use us. Rather than working from photos and phone calls, you can simply call in with the vehicle: we'll look at the seats or cab together, you can handle leather samples in person, and we can talk through colours, stitching and options at the bench where the work will actually happen. For anything bespoke, that conversation is worth far more than any email thread.
Getting to us: the workshop is on Carrock Road in Bromborough, just off the A41 New Chester Road corridor and close to the M53. From most of the Wirral (Birkenhead, Bebington, Heswall, Wallasey, West Kirby, Ellesmere Port side) you're looking at a drive of roughly 10–25 minutes depending on where you start.
Please call 0151 559 2515 before setting off so we can make sure someone's free to see you properly.
What Wirral customers use us for
Workshop jobs
- Custom leather car seats and full retrims
- Campervan interiors and seating
- Classic car interiors
- Steering wheel retrims
- Boat and marine upholstery
Quicker or onsite jobs
- Seat repairs: bolsters, tears, worn panels

- Onsite fitting at your home or business where the job suits it
Because you're close, drop-off and collection are easy: no need to plan a whole day around it, though some customers still pair a drop-off with a walk on the coast or lunch nearby. Smaller jobs may be possible while you wait or same day by arrangement; larger bespoke work is booked in over a longer window, and we'll give you a realistic timescale before anything starts.
Workshop visit or onsite?
For Wirral customers the workshop is almost always the right answer: it's a short drive, and we have every tool and material to hand. Onsite fitting exists mainly for customers further away or for vehicles that can't easily travel; if that applies to you (a boat on its mooring, a fleet of vans, an immobile classic), we can come to you instead. Tell us the situation and we'll suggest whichever is more practical, not whichever sounds better.
You can find full practical details (address, contact and how to plan a drop-off) on our visit the workshop page, or start with a quote request and mention you're local.
