First, the honest bit: we're not in Liverpool. Ultimate Trim works from a single workshop at Unit 6 Carrock Road, Bromborough, Wirral, CH62 3RA, the other side of the Mersey. But for anyone in Liverpool or the wider Merseyside area, "the other side of the Mersey" is not much of a journey: a tunnel and a few miles of A41 or M53.
Getting to us from Liverpool: the quickest routes are the Mersey tunnels, Kingsway (Wallasey) or Queensway (Birkenhead), then down the A41 or M53 towards Bromborough. From the city centre, allow roughly 20–30 minutes outside peak traffic; from south Liverpool you can also loop round via the M56 and M53. Note the tunnels are tolled.

Why make the trip?
For bespoke work, there's no substitute for standing in the workshop. You can handle hides and compare grains in natural light, see work in progress at the bench, and talk your ideas through directly with Craig and the team: 15 years of trimming experience answering your questions beats any amount of browsing photos. That applies whether you're planning custom leather car seats, a campervan interior, a classic car retrim or marine upholstery for a boat on the Mersey or the marinas nearby.
The trip works well as a simple drop-off-and-return; or do the reverse of our visit day idea and spend the wait back over the water in the city. Either way, the practical rhythm is the same: agree the job in advance, drop the vehicle at an arranged time, and collect when we call.
When we come to you instead
Not every job needs your vehicle to cross the river. For suitable work (heated seat installation, certain seat repairs, fitting pre-made bespoke seat covers, or trade and fleet work at a business address), we offer onsite fitting, and Liverpool is about as easy as onsite gets for us. The work is prepared in the workshop first, then fitted at your home or premises.
We'll always tell you plainly which route fits your job. Some things genuinely can't be done well on a driveway, and we'd rather say so than deliver a compromise. And for small removable items (a single seat, a steering wheel, door cards), Ultimate Trim By Post means the item travels instead of you.
